What is Android?
Android is basically a Linux based open source operating system which has JAVA library (similar to SE) or its an software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware, key applications and so on. And it is a robot or synthetic organism aswell. Android is an operating system for mobile phones and tablets, in some sort of similar way that PCs run Microsoft Windows as their operating system. There is a general thought that Google owns Android.
